Functions

Wedding receptions are not the only functions we host at Stow Acres.  Our function room is also ideal for fundraisers, holiday parties, proms, meetings, seminars, retirement celebrations, dances, and other social events.  We also offer a variety of settings for smaller parties like showers, birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, and more.  We welcome the opportunity to help you plan your special party.  Click here to fill out a function inquiry form or contact Karen Giles at (978) 568-1100 x 107.

The Ball Room: The Ball Room can seat up to 290 guests (330 without a dance floor) and features walls of windows, a fieldstone fireplace, bandstand, a tavern, and a generous dance floor.  This space is ideal for large private parties.  Use of the Ball Room also includes the foyer, tavern, porch, and patio for the duration of the function.

The Tavern: The tavern can seat up to 50 people for sit-down service, or can be used in conjunction with the foyer, porch and patio for larger cocktail parties.  The tavern is ideal for small business meetings or luncheons, showers, family gatherings, etc.

The Tented Pavilion: The Pavilion seats up to 160 guests.  This space is ideal for more casual events such as cookouts or clambakes.  The tent is a popular spot for graduation parties and post golf banquets.  The tent can  be arranged to accommodate for entertainment and dancing if desired.

Champions' Grille: Champions' Grille is our informal golfer's restaurant; it can accommodate up to 100 guests.  Champions' is available for private parties in the off-season (November-March) and has been a popular destination for school sports banquets, birthday parties, etc.  During the golf season, it is a great place to relax with friends after your round. Champions' is open to the public as well. 

The Tiki Tent: We are excited to announce the opening of our own little tropical paradise.  Our golfer's patio has been transformed into something a whole lot more.  Featuring a custom made tent, tiki bar, and a beachy atmosphere, we think it's going to be a great place to unwind after golf, or work, with a frozen drink and some really cool menu offerings.  The Tiki Tent will also be available for private parties of up to 60 guests.
