Using our Tele-Tee System

The first time you call our automated tee-time system you must give a valid credit card number (MC or Visa), which will be verified, to book the time and the number of players in your group. Once you are registered with your credit card, any other reservations you make throughout the season can be done with your 10 digit home telephone number.  Also, once registered, you can begin to book online.

To book over the phone:

1. Call (978) 568-1100
2. At the prompt press (2) to be forwarded to the tee time reservations menu, then follow the easy to use prompts.

You should have these items ready before you call:

• Your 10 digit home phone number
• Your credit card number 
• Your course & time preference
• The number of players in your group

Group and individual cancellations will be accepted until 5 pm the day before you are scheduled to play. Groups or individual players that fail to show for their scheduled times will have their credit card billed for the balance due.
