Reserving a Date

A $1000.00 deposit is needed to secure a date. Dates can be held without a deposit for five days, provided there are no other inquiries. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation, unless we can re-book the room with another comparable function. In the case of a re-booking, half of your deposit will be refunded.

Bar Service

Open bar: You are billed for the drinks consumed by your guests. A per person deposit ( $9/person for 1 hour, $13/person for entire reception) is taken in advance and the remaining balance is paid the day of your function.  You can offer an open bar for all beverages, or you can offer complimentary beer wine and soft drinks, with all other offerings available for purchase

Cash bar: Your guests are asked to pay the server when the drinks are delivered. You are not responsible for any gratuities on cash bar service.

Dollar Amount: You can host a bar for a specific dollar amount. 

Simply tell us how much you would like to spend on your open bar, and the when the amount is reached, the open bar converts to cash.

Approximate beverage  prices are as follows:

• Mixed Drinks: $4.75 - $6.00
• Beer: $3.75 - $4.50
• Wine by the glass: $4.50 - $5.50
• Soft Drinks:   $1.50

Wedding Ceremonies

It is possible to have your wedding ceremony at Stow Acres Country Club. The ceremony is set up in the main function room in a chapel style and we can accommodate up to 250 guests. We can provide a skirted banquet table to be used as an "altar", and you can bring any additional items you might need. Additionally, we offer the use of our archway, which can be decorated by your florist to enhance the ceremony area.
