Internet Tee Time System

We accept advance tee times starting at 8:00 pm 10 days in advance through our automated phone system.  

Internet reservations begin at 9:00 pm 10 days in advance.   In order to book an advance tee time on the Internet you must pre-register in the system by calling our operator during business hours or our automated phone system 24 hours a day.    In the pre-registration process you will be identified by your 10-digit home phone number and you will be asked to provide a MC or Visa card to guarantee your reservation.   Once this information is provided you will have access to our tee times for Internet reservations.

Any reservation that you make on the Internet will be confirmed via email.   Additionally, once you have made an internet tee time, any subsequent reservations you make via the operator or the tele-tee will be confirmed via email.

Cancellation Policy & Pace of Play Expectations

We accept cancellations and player reductions until 5:00 pm the day before you play.   By accepting the reservation, you are agreeing that your credit card will be charged a no show fee equal to the green fee charge for the time you reserved and the number of players we held for you.  However, cancellations due to rain are accepted on the day of play.  Just make sure it is raining here.

Please use your confirmation number when you or your guests refer to your tee time and when you check in 15 minutes prior to play.   If you cannot honor your reservation you must cancel the time or reduce players (and receive a cancellation number) by 5:00 pm the day before you play or your credit card will be charged.  

Late arrivals are not guaranteed a position on the course, but will be placed on a wait list for an available time.   We have instituted a variety of measures to monitor and control the pace of play.   We expect that your golf round will take no more than 4 ½ hours or less to play and by making this reservation you are agreeing to cooperate with our staff and our pace of play program.
