We invite you to chose Stow Acres Country Club as the venue for your wedding ceremony! There are three options where you can choose to host your ceremony:
Main Function Room: The room would in chapel style setting and can accommodate up to 250 guests.
Patio: Our patio can accommodate up to 130 guests. We can provide a skirted banquet table to be used as an "altar", and you can bring any additional items you need. We also offer the use of our archway, which can be decorated by your florist to enhance the ceremony area.
Dining Room: There is a minimum requirement of 75 guests to book the room. The Room Fee for booking the Dining Room is determined based on the number of guests and type of event.
Wedding Rehearsals: They can be scheduled with your event manager 1-month prior to your event. Pricing is dependent on the number of guests who attend your event.
Bar Service Operations
Open Bar: At the end of your event, you will be billed for the drinks consumed by your guests, plus a 10% service and 10% gratuity fee. A per-person deposit ($15/per-person for 1-hour, $30 per/person for the entire reception) is taken in-advance and the remaining balance is paid the day of your function or a refund will be processed the following week in the office if the entire deposit was not used.
You can offer an open bar for all beverages, or complimentary soft drinks and all other beverages available for cash purchase. You can also offer an open bar during the cocktail hour and have your guests pay for all beverages thereafter. You can also purchase bottles of wine to be served at each table.
Cash Bar: Your guests are asked to pay the server when the drinks are delivered. You are not responsible for any gratuities on cash bar service.
We offer a full array of rental equipment and services to make your event planning stress free. Mass Sales Tax (6.25%) and a 15% Service Fee applies to all Equipment Rentals. Pricing will be provided upon request:

Final Meal Guarantee
Final meal guarantee is required 10 days before the event. The final count may increase but not decrease after the final count is given. Mass State Meals Tax (6.25%) and a 20% Service Fee applies to all Menu Items.
A Function Coordinator will be assigned to manage your event as well as a head chef, other kitchen staff and servers at a rate of 1 server per/20 guests. Bartenders will be assigned to work your event at a rate of 1 bartender per/60 guests.
